I don't think anyone could have predicted the surreal year of 2020.
But I do know that many of my clients found it a year to reflect and make change.
Some necessary for survival but also a chance to branch out into something new.
Perhaps something you always thought about but were hesitant to try, hesitant to give up the security of what you had.
With the safety net pulled away from so many, it gave courage to try new things.
Perhaps it was desperation, I prefer to think of it as courage.
For others it was just finding a way to deal with the boredom of being less social.
Regardless, if you found a new career, started exercising, dieting. learned a new language, baking, art, I do truly hope you found some way to make the best of a rather unusual year.
And I hope you take whatever new skill you may have acquired and allow it to continue to flourish.
Summer is almost upon us. the flowers are blooming, the sun is shining, things are getting better, hang in there.
Most of all, please be kind to each other. Help make this crazy world a better place. Lend a hand when you can
